<p><strong>This is the first time for me in Istanbul and It&#8217;s not gonna be the last time. </strong>Istanbul locates in the north-west of Marmara Region in Turkey. This city sit between two continents, Asian and Eroupe. I was there in summer and the weather was really nice.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-197" title="img_0348" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/img_0348-449x600.jpg" alt="img_0348" width="449" height="600" /></p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-194" title="ea1" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/ea1.jpg" alt="ea1" width="800" height="299" /></p>
<p>I had a chance to stay in a 5 stars hotel, <a href="http://www.kempinski-istanbul.com/en/home/index.htm" target="_blank">The Ciragan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul</a>. In the old day this place used to be a palace, nowadays the building has transformed to a hotel, while some part of the old building has transformed into hotel-suite with 5 $digits price tag for a night. I&#8217;m stayed in a standard room not a suite in case you want to know.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-195" title="nnb" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/nnb.jpg" alt="nnb" width="800" height="535" /></p>
<p>The first day in Istanbul was a sight seeing before we start the shooting in the next day. We went to the Grand Bazaar and many places in town to look for a nice location for fashion shooting including Ottoman Neo-Baroque, Ortaköy Mosque, Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Basilica Cistern and many more.</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-196" title="5435w" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/5435w.jpg" alt="5435w" width="800" height="233" /></p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-198" title="ggrg" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/ggrg.jpg" alt="ggrg" width="800" height="300" /></p>
<p>One of the most stunning was the old harem, Topkapi Palace. The decoration inside was so beautiful. I felt like living in a story of The Arabian Nights.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-199" title="jfvj" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/jfvj.jpg" alt="jfvj" width="800" height="384" /></p>
<p>The other interesting things I noticed here is that Turkey have so many love for Cats. I saw cats everywhere on the street and rarely see a dog &#8211; maybe they just kept dog inside, I&#8217;m not sure. One of the cute cat I saw was the one sat in front of fishmonger shop, how cute it is!</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-200" title="bfdrg" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/bfdrg.jpg" alt="bfdrg" width="800" height="565" /></p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-201" title="img_0433" src="http://www.kampoll.com/personal/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/img_0433.jpg" alt="img_0433" width="800" height="600" /></p>
